1. Terms of Use

• Gift cards can only be used at our official stores or website.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

2. Expiration Date

• Gift cards expire 2 years from date of purchase.
• You can use your gift card at any time.

3. Purchase and Activation

• When purchasing a gift card, you will receive a card number or a physical card.
• Please keep your card number or physical card safe. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

4. Using the Gift Card

• You can use the gift card to pay for products and services at our stores or on our website.
• If the transaction value exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using other payment methods we accept.
• If the transaction value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will be retained and can be used for future purchases.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
• If a product purchased with a gift card is defective or not as described, you can exchange the product according to our return policy. The refunded amount will be credited back to the gift card.
